Seafood Expo Global 2019, 7-9 May 2019, Brussels, Belgium

The Economic Development Board (EDB) will lead a delegation of Mauritian operators in the fisheries, seafood processing and aquaculture industries to the upcoming Seafood Expo Global which will be held from 7th to 9th May 2019 in Brussels, Belgium.
The Seafood Expo Global/ Seafood Processing Global is the world’s largest seafood trade event which brings together more than 1,900 exhibiting companies from 78 countries. Exhibitors supply nearly every type of fish, seafood, and seafood-related product or service.
The objectives of EDB's participation in the Seafood Expo Global 2019 are to:
- Secure buyers of seafood products for the participating Mauritian operators
- Promote Mauritius as a trade and investment platform for fisheries, seafood processing and aquaculture activities
- Consolidate partnerships with companies specialized in ancillary services to the fisheries, seafood processing and aquaculture industries.
