COMMUNIQUE - Covid-19 Vaccination Programme

The Government is inviting those who wish to get an appointment to register their interest for Covid-19 Booster Dose. 

All those persons wishing to get vaccinated are kindly requested to bring their National Identity Card and their vaccination card along with them for the administration of the Booster Dose. 

Adolescents aged 12 - 17 years, attending the Vaccination Centres for their First Dose of Pfizer vaccine should bring along their recent birth certificate and should be accompanied by their parents. 

ELIGIBILITY: 

Johnson and Johnson's Janssen Covid-19 Vaccine: Available only to persons 18 years and above who have received either their 2nd dose of Covaxin, Covishield/AstraZeneca, Sinopharm, or Sputnik vaccines, or their single dose of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine, 4 months ago. 

Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 Vaccine: Available only to persons aged 40 years and above who have received either their 2nd dose of Covaxin, Covishield/AstraZeneca, Sinopharm, or Sputnik vaccines, or their single dose of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine, 4 months ago. 

NOTE: 

The vaccination centres are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. 

Applicants will be able to apply through the following means: 

Registered applicants will be communicated the date, time and vaccination centre through SMS (individuals) or e-mail (corporates).
