Press Notice – OPEN NATIONAL BIDDING

1. The Economic Development Board is proceeding with a Request for Proposals online and is inviting eligible local Consultants to submit their proposals through the Government eProcurement System for the Provision of Consultancy Services for the implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO9001:2015 standards.
2. Request for Proposal documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: EDB/IFB/2021/37
3. Proposals must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by 10 January 2022 up to 13:30. Other modes of submission (postal, e-mail, facsimile..) shall not be accepted.
4. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as from 10 January 2022 from 15:31 till 12 January 2022 up to 13:30
5. Proposals received will be opened online on 12 January 2022 up to 15:30
6. The Economic Development Board reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process and reject all proposals at any time prior to award the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
Proposals should be submitted through the PPO’s e-procurement portal only.
